MacBookPro iQ5 latency

    Hey guys!
    yesterday I got the mbp bought for the s4 and tried to settings lower the latency settings to lowest possible: 1.5 ms for the first part.
    I have no clicks/pops but whenever I'm playing a new song the cpu bar goes to red.
    What are you guys doing? what are your latency settings with mbp?
    Are you experiencing any problems?

    Raise it a tad I think mine's around 8 and I don't get any red or pops and clicks. I'm on a two year old MBP with 4 gigs of ram.
