"MachineFX" VST Plugin

    Please!
    This is needed right away to be able to sample from the host while in Cubase/Nuendo. There is a MachineFX AU, but not VST.

    We either need this, or Machine needs to be a VST3 build to access the sidechain function in Cubase/Nuendo.
