I have no problems with the Komplete plugins, just can't the M2 controller to work in logic. N.I. needs to spend more time with their software instead of all these different color Maschines.

Hmm, that's odd, mine works no issues. Was it previously working? Which of the option for your Midi input device do you have selected? Two show up for the M32.

Maybe it's the the M1 and Logic Pro compatibility, I'm using Ableton until N.I. fixes the problem.

If you have a M1 computer then you need to run Logic in Rosetta mode to enjoy all of the Komplete Kontrol keyboards features.

    Update:

A couple of times I open Logic and it didn't connect and sometimes in rosetta mode. I believe it still a bug or something that doesn't let it connect every-time. Anyone else seeing this problem ?

Have you updated Komplete Kontrol to 2.6.6 ?
Try this: go to your Mac's system preferences, under Security & Privacy, add Komplete Kontrol and Logic Pro to the list of programs that can have FUll Disk Access:

I did all of the above, plus change the usb cable and to a different port. I've notice when I open the Komplete Kontrol software in standalone and close it, then I open Logic Pro it connects. When I use Ableton, Studio One, FL Studio there's no problem as all.

I discovered a temporary fix, since the Komplete Kontrol M32 controller connects and sometimes don't in Logic Pro X

I've notice when I open the Komplete Kontrol in standalone, close it, then open Logic it connects every time.

I created a template with Logic with komplete kontrol as a plugin, the controller connects every time.

My opinion is that Native Instruments still have a ways to go with the compatibility of MacOS Monterey,
at the same time, I wish Apple work with Native Instruments to help fix these issues.

    Hey HiddenDose,
I re-read one of your comments,
"A couple of times I open Logic and it didn't connect and sometimes in rosetta mode. I believe it still a bug or something that doesn't let it connect every-time. Anyone else seeing this problem ?"

Do you mean you are not always opening Logic in Rosetta mode ? To be clear, if you want to use all Komplete Kontrol's features, including M32 transport controls, you need to run Logic in Rosetta mode all the time.

We'd like to investigate on your issue, please get in touch here: http://bit.ly/NIsupport_KKontrol

I have Logic in Rosetta Mode plus everything you instructed me to do and it still doesn't connect the Kompete Kontrol controller all the time.

When I open the the Komplete Kontrol software in standalone then close it. I reopen Logic then it connects again.

That's why I created the template in Logic Pro with komplete kontrol as a plugin and it connects every time.

I hope I answered your question.

    Update:

I tried opening Logic this morning and the M32 didn't connect correctly, because the Transport area didn't work. The transport buttons will make a noise, but fully function, I can play the keys only.

The ONLY way to get the M32 controller to work is to Run the Komplete Kontrol software in standalone, close it and reopen Logic Pro X.
Now I followed all the steps and know thats it still bugs in the Komlpete Kontrol software or the M32 needs a firmware update.

    Just my opinion.

By the way I'm running Logic with the new MacBook Pro 2021 fully loaded, Mac OS Monterey 12.1 in Rosetta Mode and the latest Komplete Kontrol software.
