Major problem encountered

    Been using Komplete 8 for awhile and now when maschine loads it says it's removing a bunch of content....which is most of komplete 8.

    Guitar rig 5 lost all of its presets too. I don't know why it did this or where I go from here. All I do know is that ever since buying komplete 8 I feel like its been more of a hassle trying to play the dam thing.

    Also still no retro maschines for me. I have the voucher and all, but the files that came in my email to download are all messed up. Retro doesn't open at all and I can't figure out how or what to do.

    oh and I've tried contacting native but got no reply about me missing my urban arsenals and etc libraries that I need another download link to. Can you help me please? I would like my session strings back again.

    Are all the products registered in the Service Center?

    Retro Machines - Native Instruments recommend you use a download manager for large files.

    yes..... and thats another thing.....now when I open in maschine say kontakt its telling me to activate it and I'm like wtf....it is or was.......grrrrr

    Are all of your products updated to the latest? I know some have had a small further update since the release of Komplete 8.

    Did you run all of the products that can work in standalone mode in standalone mode first?

    Also, did you move any of the libraries or contents or anything after installation?

    as Mr 36 points out:

    you have to run all of the Komplete 8 Plugins in Standalone Mode before you use them in Maschine or a DAW.

    For the Retro Machines download you need to add .exe to the small installer file. It will then install a driver that can install from the ISO that you also downloaded.

    Thanks about the retro maschines info, and yes I did run all the plugins standalone./.

    I tried .exe at the end of this and it still only opens with nero burner cd.

    about the updates

    Do I place the updates in each application folder or click on each inside of komplete 8.

    Like example.. Downloaded + inside komplete 8 folder = clicking on guitar rig update then absunth etc.....


    or add guitar rig update to guitar rig folder then push update.....

    you just click on the update Installers and follow the instructions.
