Make GR 5 default to two channels?

    Is it possible to configure GR 5 to use both the left and right channels by default? I only recently realized that the right channel would be turned off by default (one has to click the "R" button in the master section), explaining why GR would change the sound even while the rack is empty .. Also, can the Gate be turned off by default?
