    i love the flexibility i have seen so far, and can tell the development team were keen to present this as instantly and accessibly as possible in a plug-and-play way, but this seems to be at the expense of 'ease of set-up' and external interface stuff/gubbins...
    I am sure it was made for a professional studio setting where you have the underling engineer to do all the boring pfaffing and getting it ready for the big-dude to come along and play with knobs ? ;)

    There's a couple of things i could request, bearing in mind i am quite new to the product;

    Someone else in this forum asked for better access to MIDI controls... i would extend this to all 'non-sound' controlls... a nice big window with easy access to all the utilities. Heck my irredeemably cheap Chineese mother keyboard has a 'virtual brain' where you can see all the settings at once!

    It's too small! especailly at higher resolutions on a large screen, why is this?

    Are there other skins, my eye sights fairly good but can imagiane some folks probably don't see it as well as i do... us blokes are likely to have some colour blindness you know!

    In a dream world i would like to be able to see all the component screens at once, even if i can't acutally 'live edit' them without some slight change-over delay between patch-envelope-effect-lfo screens. I am thinking some kind of zoom-out zoom-in thing like showing all the pages in a document?

    also get you dev team a report of the most common bitches&moans and even if they aren't fixed in the product at least put together some idiot proof documentation. It'll save you time and money in the long run.

    i look forward to enjoying playing with absynth, but i still feel like i am retro-fitting midi to a cv/gate keyboard at the moment :D

    Re. the small size at higher res. I agree why can't we have Absynth full screen like most Windows programs?
