Mapping prob with Hercules DJ MK2

    Hi guys,

    Tried looking up similar probs with this controller but not too much luck... I recently picked up a Herc MK2 and threw away VDJ for Traktor Pro. After much playing about I've finally gotten the audio working but only some of the controllers.

    The volume, pitch, jog wheels, joystick, cue/play/load buttons all work, but not the crossfader, EQ's, effects. It's become pretty tiresome!

    I'm using Traktor Pro on Vista, I've imported the TSI file that came with Traktor Pro for the MK2, selected Herc MK2 as audio device, external mixing mode for the output, and activated the MIDI inputs and outputs under MIDI Setup. Anyone know what I'm missing or is something not mapped correctly?

    hehe...

    choose internal mixer my friend... the hercules is a midi mixer, so you gotta use traktors internal mixer. you'll notice then the xfader etc. moving on the screen when you move it on the hardware... ;)
