Reaper works similarly in loop mode with takes. It's great for jamming and yields real creative, organic results.

    1) multi core

    2) 36 Stereo audio inputs for my synths

    3) 16 independent midi in out ports for my 2 midi interfaces.

    4) Vsti track with audio in from interface and midi in out to interface , to have only one track for controling, sequencing and effects for external synths.

    5) More midi features like delay +- per pad, arpeggiator, chorder, ksp midi script engine from kontakt.

    5) Step sequencer enhancements (mute for steps, static randomizing,...)

    6) Recording start, stop, undo for foot pedals

    7) Possibility to control filter, envelopes ..... of the sampler for external controlers via static macros. Whatever pad i select, the controls should only work for the selected pad.

One thing I would like to see is one or perhaps up to 8 audio track that run along the scenes, ie. some kind of advanced song mode. Especially useful for vocals or instrument recording.

Having used mk2 for a few days i salute ni for doing a great job updating the hardware in subltle ways and just delivering a unit that is more refined an feels mor solid.

however i would like to see an implmentation in the software like a colour mixer pallett that ud find in the average pain program where u can create ur own colour schemes cos i find many of the colours to intensely bright and this can be distracting.

i still re-affirm the requirement for mp3 support it would just make remixes amongst other things so much more quicker and seemless.

also i re-affirm the requirement for a more analogue sounding smoother filter in particular the lpf

+1 for drawing lines for automation. If you could just click point A and shift-click point B to get a straight line, that would be awesome. Even better, implement some automation curves like, for example, Adobe Audition has for fades, etc.

    1. Automation on bmp
    2. Automation on master section
    3. New effects. ( maschine effects really cool)
    4. Time strech on full track. If I like change bpm but there used long samples lopps. To change they speed but no quality lose.

Any updates always welcome. I love Maschine software to compose full songs there.

    Yeah, +1 for me too.

I've just spent the past hour scouring the internet, reading the manual and simply trying random combination of key commands whilst "painting" automation to see if i could get a simple straight line out of Maschine but no luck.

I'm very surprised you can't do this after 8 software updates. It wouldn't even have to be a "true" straight line. It could work like Logics hyper draw where you just get a line made up of step increments between two points.

Yeah, just add a scrolling cursor and make it adjustable with some kind of dial or nav arrows.

Yes! Being able to drag/drop audio/midi back into maschine from the DAW would be game changing.

I'm glad you guys like my proposals. Here comes a few more.

    6. Export kits to MPC format:
Some people got both Maschine and MPC's. Why not give them a helping hand?

    7. Run Maschine & iMaschine in tandem:
Say you've connected your Iphone to your puter, and got Maschine running. Why not let them run together. Record the pads on the smartphone, and see them on screen in Maschine for easier correction.

    8. Maschine remote for iPad / iPhone:
Sometimes I don't have Maschine Mikro with me, and just have the computer + smartphone at hand. Why not come up with a hardware interface to simulate the Maschine console on the Smart phone.

    9. Add at least 8 sequences in iMaschine:
It would certainly not hurt if one had some more sequences in iMaschine.

    10. Export sound packs from Maschine to iMaschine:
It's great that NI can create extra sound packs, but what about if we could have the same crucial function? Connect iMaschine when Maschine is running. iMaschine appears as a bank with each of the 4 slots as atributes. You simply drag the kit into the iMaschine bank, and into one of the 4 slots to load the kit.

I know this where a lot of iMaschine related requests, but I got 'em both. If it wasn't for iMaschine I wouldn't gotten Maschine Mikro.

Aside from a mixer like what you get with Arturia Spark I would suggest streamlining the whole GUI to keep things simple, accessable, easy to view (so the option to take any section and make fullscreen), and bug free (so bar 1 beat 1 beats appearing where they should for example).

I find the Maschine software getting cluttered and time consuming. The sequencer combersome. I don't want Maschine to be another full featured DAW, I already got plenty of those.

I think overall I would agree compared to most hardware samplers out there. The Mikro MKII already forces me to use the mouse a lot and that's okey, but I do agree that it should and probably could be even more streamlined.

If it weren't for software being the next logical step in music production I would have liked to see only fully dedicated music production machines designed around a solid fast work-flow.

The Maschine software does a lot of stuff correct though, like the somewhat modulair implementation of FX and such.

Increase the glide time from the 1 second or what you guys have now, to at least 30 seconds. Sidechaining ain't bad either.
