Maschine 2.0 sampler area preview video

Here's a quick video for I did for the NI community showing some of the updates to the sampler area like mono inputs, edit selection range, slicing, and layering. Hopefully it gives you a little better idea of what to expect next week

user kits or actual samples? The samples would be in battery but you can add a folder of your own battery kits in the preferences and they will show up in your user location in the browser under battery

as for questions on additional features, all included features have been listed on the official NI product pages

 

I didn't see him do any zooming in and out?

 

I'd like to see how the sequencer work with the screens.

Joe how do you see the wav form when you doing to layering?

 

I figured zooming wasn't new so I didn't show it, I was just trying to focus on a few of the updated features

 

next to the button that shows the layers to the side, there is a waveform button that you can click and it will show your waves as you drop them in so you can look at the wave of each layer when you're focused on it and quickly check each one

 

lol.. yea I figured, I don't own a maschine so that is why I asked

looks like mousing around is much more intuitive!

 

You can already browse the Battery library from Maschine and load the Battery samples onto Maschine pads. As of Battery 4, all of its factory sample files are added to the Maschine browser with tags.
