Maschine 2.0 startup problem

    Hi there!
    Recently I've bought upgrade for maschine software.
    After downloading and installation of sofware everything seems to be fine, I've activated products.
    But when the Maschine 2 starts up programme scans for necessary files and plugins, and then it stucks in loading "RtkguiComplib".
    I've tried to reinstall and delete everything, but it still the same result.
    Can anybody help in this issue?

    Thanks! Problem is solved with NI support. I removed this file from temprories of Windows OS, and it helps.
