I'm sure everyone is busy downloading/playing with 2.0 this evening so thought it would be cool to share any small but useful changes we notice as we learn it.

    1) We now have vertical scroll in piano roll to make the notes thicker. This is way easier when it comes to drawing in notes!

    2) We can drag a note from both the end and the start now.

I will add more nice little changes as I discover them.

Hopefully you guys will also post some too :D

When recording a new pattern, hold down the REC button and adjust encoder 1 or hit buttons 5, 6, 7 or 8 to quickly change the pattern length. Hit button 2 to turn the metronome on and off.

shift + grid puts you in your recording mode. this is where you can handle things like metronome functions and quantize grid as well as pattern grid. I have been doing videos for the past week on my youtube page showing these items. http://www.youtube.com/user/flux302

Had about an hour to play with my studio tonight...this thing is deep. Very happy about the ability to edit individual notes and with the screens, you really don't have to look at your computer. Will be monitoring this thread closely...I got a lot of learning to do!

Shift + pad mode, puts the last sound you selected in keyboard mode.... - however, i believe that this function with be changed to color coding the pad similar to what is done in the f1 controller.
