Maschine 2.7.3 is out

So true. Add to that that people in general have a hard time to differentiate facts from opinions, so it becomes very hard to say you like something. Whenever someone on the net acknowledges his or her enjoyment of something, it is just a matter of time until someone uses the typical response formula: 'On account of negative fact a to z, you are either naïve, dumb, or employed by company X when you like product Y'. The fact is... people can like anything they want: be it wasps, train wrecks or emptied concrete buildings (all of which I do not like). That's why I appreciate posts (like so many of yours, D-One) that stick to the facts: how does something work (or do not work); how can you best employ its functions, tips, workarounds. These are posts that add something to the world.

I'm starting to really love the preform FX, its hard not to overdo or get cheesy with them but then again cheese is delicious! I'd love to understand what is new. As far as I can tell PreformFX is exactly the same.

I'm hoping we get more preform FX in the future and possibly better-sounding filters (like driver???). I also would love 1+ Preform FX allowed on the Master Bus with layering so you could trigger multiple FX.

 

Do yourself a huge favor my friend: Set alerts to your calendar! Also make sure to keep notes on your phone during conversations about things she likes, and BOOM! You've got a list of possible gifts to give her when her birthday comes around.

Also D, in response to one of the comments you made in your post where you said correctly "You should buy the product for what it is, and not what it will be", It's true..... I'll also just say that NI told us multiple times that they would release more significant updates, it wasn't just a figment of our imaginations. Sure, I'll grant you, maybe we have let our imaginations run wild with what we have been expecting.....

BUTTT... much of the stuff they have said would be out has not been delivered (or in the most barebone sense as possible) and it's been arriving at three full years. Four new products (KKMK2, MK3, JAM, Sounds.com) have been rolled out and all these issues still exist. 50 million dollar investment and this has been the return?

Something is wrong in the state of Denmark.

 

I could be well off beam but that 50 million dollar investment will probably not have come without suggestions of concentrating on financial returns as opposed to returning 'promises' and the crap with sounds.com does nothing to indicate to the contrary.

What's wrong with you people?! Take a step back and a deep breath!

 

Before performFX could be loaded anywhere on the plugin-chain, and it was pretty annoying. I'd always have to make sure to navigate to the last position before loadjing a PerformFX. Now it will always do that for you, add it last to a group.

Make a thread with the details please, so i can tag it as a bug for future reference.

 

Probably he ment the labels are missing above each channel.

With maschine mk2 I see no change ...

 

I love memes, I just don't like when someone posts more memes than actual conversation everywhere. My quote was exactly:

the only thing changed with this update are the clics on sample that i didn' t have before.
i think the additionnal programation start to be difficult and cause pb.
i didn't read all thread but i think maschine has to start with a new programmation not to have multiple more bugs.
anyway , what ever complain pepole say, maschine is a great and still a great softaware since the bigining
just look what can men compose with only it, for exemple in producertech tuto.
i'd like to have the perfect software too; but it can't for many reason.
i've a push and ableton but dont have the same feeling with maschine. maschine has her own jam that is really cool and easy, now just a big real update with user money buy

for me maschine is a big groovebox.
i started with quasimidi, then rm1x with external sampler and synth wth midi connection, then i discorvered ableton, woaww it was amazing. one day i wanted a 16pad controler and discovered mikro maschine. i learned it with komplete select and really enjoy because of sound quality, massive etc... that i didn't have with ableton without cracked software...now we want even more and more.
i sold my mikro, then bought a used mk1, sell my mk1 then bought mk3.
Now i bouhtght komplete ultimate for500 €, if you look the price with all you got of synth, it's amazing.
i think only ni do that for this price. it's expensive ok, but instead of the other vst...
maschine has to have her own daw, to record live ext lock etc.. but its a new way..hope it will become

There are a few things I want changed in Maschine software but NI barely listens so i gave up asking years ago.

That **** is comical.. Folks just want their experience to be the best as possible. You do realize don't you that a lot of the advancements made with this platform has been because of us that voice their opinions and complaints? You must be the master beat maker making all the hits huh? Nothing wrong with having a difference of opinion, but your delivery is straight up trash.

 

Right so now we've got this update out the way , when's the next update ???
