“Maschine 2” is damaged and cannot be opened

    Hello everyone recently I got some problem to open my maschine software. I tried to reinstall it via native acces on my mac and the message in the title appear.Can anyone help me please?

    Rene unfortunately it didn't work. When I start the application now it says "The system has finished the available memory for the application" but this is crazy I have 9Gb free and i can run any other applications... Any others idea?

    DjRoan84 Give us your details: OSX version, computer model including year, Maschine version.

    Does it happen if no controller is plugged in?
    Are you logged into the Admin Account?
    Do you have any dodgy apps installed like "Clean My Mac", "Clean Ram", etc?
    Did you manually uninstall like oxident mentioned in post #2 before reinstalling?
    Search for "NIH" in Activity Monitor and check if you have these 2 background services running:

    Also, check if the Maschine app has both Microphone and Accessibility access, in System Preferences > Security & Privacy

    Here your answer
    1.Does it happen if no controller is plugged in? it happens with both(controller plugged/no controller pugged)
    2.Are you logged into the Admin Account? Yes

    5Also, check if the Maschine app has both Microphone and Accessibility access, in System Preferences > Security & Privacy I DIDN'T have neither MASCHINE APP nor NATIVE ACCES app in this area. I added them now manually.
    5.Did you manually uninstall like oxident mentioned in post #2 before reinstalling? I unistalled everything but I could unistall everything decribed in my user folder as I didn't find any preferences or libraries folder in >>MACINTOSH HD >>USERS>DJ ROAN>??
    I'm completely lost....before it was working...

    Get rid of it, preferably with something like App Cleaner, restart the computer and see if it helps.
    The OS is good enough at allocating the available ram.
    Did you update to OSX 10.14.5 recently? that could have broken the ram app thing.

    I got rid of memory cleaner app without any result.
    Iv'e notice that when I run the maschine app it suck a lot of GB 64gb???! see screenshot attached. I don't think it's normal....

    There are only 2 things I can think of:
    1. One of your plugins is causing an issue for some reason.
    2. You had the option to always auto load the last project or loading a template, and that project has a problem.
    1 - Temporarily move all your VST/AU plugins out of the default folders, run Maschine, if it makes no difference put them back, if it helps you will need a further test to pinpoint which exact plugin is problematic.

    2 - This is unlikely to be the casue since you did the manual uninstall, but just in case Delete:
    /Users/<Your Name>/Library/Preferences/com.native-instruments.Maschine2.plist
    That's the file that stores your Maschine preferences, therefore remembers your last project/template.

    If that doesn't help then contact support, they can send a tool that analyzes your computer in case something complicated is happening.

    Thanks a lot for the support but itried all what you said and,,,nothing... I'll try the support way...sigh!
    PS could you please tell me how to get this app to check my oc everything on support lead me to forum on this site... thanks again
