Maschine 2 keeps saying 'run demo, buy or activate'

    Hey everyone!
    I bought my MK3 3 years ago, downloaded Native access, registered the serial number, downloaded and updated all the files and still: Maschine 2 is not working! It keeps saying 'Run demo, buy or activate'. When I click activate, Maschine 2 closes and nothing else happens. When I click run demo it partially works for 30 min, but a lot of the sounds do not work and show up with the message 'file cannot load'.
    I have tried entering the serial number of my MK3 again in Native access, but Maschine 2 keeps showing up with that 'run demo, buy or activate' window.
    I have reached out to the NI support but have only received links on how to set up the MK3 which have not been helpful at all.
    I have not been able to use the MK3 at all for these 3 years of owning it and I am desperate to figure it out.
    Please please please somebody help!

    Yes, I have never used it. I owned the MK2 before, which worked fine but since buying the MK3, it has never worked.
    I have reached out to the support team multiple times over those years but never found a solution

    I am using a Mac.

    I just clicked on the link you attached. My files don't show up as Demo though, they all show up as 'full version', it's just that Maschine 2 itself doesn't work whatsoever.

    That doesn't matter. Have you deleted the stuff as it says in the guide? If not, do it then report back.

    Hi!
    Thanks for the link. I've gone through all the options in the link you've sent me, nothing has changed unfortunately. I have the file they listed under Macintosh- shared- Native Instruments and so on.
    No progress unfortunately..
