Hi - I am using Maschine as a plug-in on Ableton, but having problems when I do it more than once (i.e. on two channels on Ableton). Are there any rules of thumb here that I am missing?

    Thanks,

Unless you specify what problems you're having it's impossible to help.

Screen Shot 2020-06-06 at 23.20.16.png Okay so I have Maschine plug in on two Ableton channels, I decide that I want to change the sound on Maschine on one of the channels and I cannot switch Maschine Studio between the two channels. Do I need to have them dedicated to different midi channels perhaps? I have Audio 6 as my interface.

Let me put it another way, when I click on Ableton between different VST Maschine channels - it does not register on my Maschine Studio - only on the software.

Unlike KK Maschine does not auto focus on the selected DAW track that has the VST, you have to do it manually.
From the Controller press Shift+Instance or just click the Icon in the top right menu.

    Done :)
I think users have perms to mark their own threads, not sure.
