Maschine and kontack

    I purchased the grandeur piano sampler from kontack and when i try to load it on machine to play it.
    a message pops up saying "could not load one or more plug-ins" then another pops up saying
    "unable to load slot?user..grandeur"
    please help

    Did you start kontakt standalone to check that it works and loads there properly? Try loading it in maschine again then.
