Maschine and Massive upgrade

    Hi :)

    I registered my maschine mk2 HW last friday and i can't find the upgrade to Maschine 2.
    I guess i should recieve the download and serial by mail but i didn't.
    Same with Massive?

    Got a ticket from support, but no response.
