Maschine Audio Input Limitation?

    Currently, the Maschine Software only displays 8 out of the 12 Audio Inputs from my Audio Interface. All outputs are addressible, though. Is this a limitation of the software or am I missing a setting somewhere?

    The maschine software is limited to 8 mono/4 stereo inputs.

    Well that's just sad. :-( Is the Maschine+ also limited to only 8 mono inputs?

    Maschine+ is just a mk3 with a little computer running the maschine software. It has the same limitation.

    wow...too bad :( same here with a MIDAS MR18
    only 8 inputs
    (however, all the outputs are recognized...)

    You cannot multitrack record with Mas, so you couldn't use more inputs anyway for anything other than monitoring with fx

    Maschine is not a DAW, remember

    Yeah and that is exactly what I would like to do.
    I have a lot of synths and the MR18 already offers me the possibility to record all the individual tracks simultaneously
    but mixing and monitoring with Maschine's FX would be very cool

    it would be great for using Maschine as a sequencer with external hardware, without needing to run Maschine in a daw. Currently I do it running Maschine in Ableton, since ableton allows for more than 8 inputs.
