MASCHINE CRASHES WHEN I LOAD NEW VST

I'm, running the 64 bit dll on Widows 10 latest build, all NI software up to date. And when I have gotten those "shutdown" errors, I have always tracked it down to sound device settings...unsupported sample rate or bit depth...just something you might want to check.

So how would I go about changing those settings?

 

I have many plugins that work perfectly in every daw but not well in Maschine... Which is why I use other daws

dont know what you mean by that....i get alot complete with maschine

 

you will know what he means with that as soon as you start realizing some limits within maschine. as long as you are fine, there's nothing to worry about. i am too 95% of the time in standallone maschine (but would need another DAW if i'd decide a project of mine deserves some final mixdown / complex automation / a lot of EQing and so on.)

regarding your problem with shutdowns: does your computer meet the minium specs of the plugin CPU-wise? because you wrote that the shutdown is after a few minutes of using this (CPU heavy?) plugin, it could be heat-issues (do you get a blue screen?).

other than that: i don't know how to help you any further. but check system requirements for this plugin first. maybe deinstallation/reinstallation can help, especiall if you got a new dll from the developer.
