Maschine crashes when i open it

maschine software is crashing on my macbook even when i don't open any project/plugin/sound.

Upgrade your Maschine to 1.8.2 which is compatible with the latest Mac OS. If it still crashes after updating then send the crash log to the tech support link to the left.

 

but i still have the version 10.6.8, not the last one. i also tried to update the maschine version to 1.8.2 and it keeps crashing. today i uninstalled and re-installed everything and the problem still there..

 

Send the crashlogs to tech support <<<

 

Also, check the knowledgebase link that is a sticky at the top of this area. There is a solution to a common start-up crash on Mac when it is accidentally set to scan your whole hard drive for plug-ins.

 

I would just update to 1.8.x and see what happens.
