Maschine Crashing and not loading sometimes

Has anybody been running in to the problem with maschine not loading? I have a mac and it will take me 3 times for it to load properly. Also once I have it loaded I can load plugins, but when I try to put in drums it freezes and crashes. Is anybody else having or has run in to this problem with maschine? Help!....lol

I have a macbook pro with 10.6.8. I also did the update with the service center and it's still crashing. I haven't downloaded any new software to my computer. I have no idea what could be causing this.

Santa claus just came to town.

 

I downloaded the update and still having the same problem. It's even worse now. It doesn't even load at all.

 

Anybody have any other suggestions?

 

Did you call support? Did you try looking through the Maschine knowledgebase? There is a sticky to it at the top of this tech area.

Are you running stand alone? Does it crash on startup while scanning?(there is a solution to this one in the knowledgebase) http://www.native-instruments.com/knowledge/questions/1231/MASCHINE+crashes+on+start-up+(Mac)

 

try removing your previous user prefs so it will create new ones - it will take a little longer to launch. if that does not help, remove all the plug-in folders from the audio library respective plug ins. if having no plug-ins works, you have an incompatible plug-in.
