    Hi!

It's happened to me twice now that i buy an amazing plugin that is unusable in maschine.

I've never had this issue before really, so what has changed? I recently bought SplitEQ, and when put on anything, it immediately introduces so much latency that the timing is completely off and therefore unusable.

I've had the same thing with 2 of the 4 plugins from Focusrite's FAST bundle.

These aren't no names or bad plugin makers. i've had whole chains of plugins work fine, but one EQ or compressor is too much?

In logic, probably due to its native latency compensation options, its not an issue.

I've contacted the FAST team and they kinda gave me a bullshit answer, saying its a post processing tool, not a creative one, so latency shouldn't be an issue. As if you only EQ or Compress the master bus. The issue in maschine is it introduces latency only on the pad/track/channel strip you put it on. it shifts the timing of that sound source alone, so it messes up the whole song/beat.

Has anybody else had these problems or had them increase fairly recently? Could it be me sticking to Mojave on mac is part of the problem?

The only thing i could think of is Maschine having no latency compensation options for the plugins. But at the same time, so many plugins work fine, why don't these plugins work properly? could it be openGL?
