Maschine decided to stop working

Hyya folks!
I sent an email to the support but something went wrong and the message was sent partially...

So I ask you for help over there.
Yesterday everything decided to stop working, and I am really about to pack my Maschine and sell everything.
I AM REALLY FRUSTRATED ABOUT ALL THE ISSUES I'M EXPERIENCING WITH THIS SOFTWARE.
The workflow when arranging the song is crap, but I hope with the new updates this will be better.

btw,
whenever I try to load a sample it crash.
I tried to update things but it hasn't worked at all.
I deleted the app but when installing once again nothing works.
so wtf?

there's not any chance for me to send any crashlog or whatever to NI?

i'm sure there will be tons of messages on my setup wich is not working, the need to update the software and so on.
but that's not the problem.

I have a MacBook Pro 15" 2.53GHz 4Gb RAM.
I run Ableton Live 7.

all the AUs i'm using works perfectly, while Maschine doesn't work both as standalone both as plugin.

also, if i run Maschine as a MIDI Controller everything works flawlessly, not any problem.

so where is the issue?
how can i FULLY DELETE the application and all the registry keys or whatever on Mac OSX?
so that i can try to set it up again?

Does the VST version work? Try that.
