Maschine doesnt find my plug-ins

Just wondering how i get maschine to find my plug-ins. I have downloaded 1.6 and the free komplete, both are installed and all are working.
I have been to the prefference tab in maschine, been to locate and manage but nothing there, also rescanned and still nothing.
Do i need to select something in programs so they become plug-ins...........please help tis is doing my head in....thanks

 

Have you directed Maschine to where your plugins are?

When you downloaded Komplete Elements, it asks you were you want to store your VST plugins, both 64 and 32bit. Do you remember the path or folder in which you stored your plugins?

If you know where you stored your Komplete Elements plugins, continue to the next paragraph. If you don't know where you have stored them or cant remember, you can try search your Drives or simply re download Komplete Elements and take note of where your storing your VST plugins.

Open up maschine... Go to...

>Preferences >Plugins >Locations>Add (This add means it will add the folder in which you stored your VST plugins) After clicking add, navigate to the folder where you stored your Komplete Elements plugins, hit rescan then click on your manager to activate or disable individual plugins.

Multiply folders can be added through the 'Locations' tab, this way to allow the use of "3rd party" plugins from different programs.

I had the same issue, even after insuring the paths were correct. I reinstalled, and all was fine.

 

you should also run all the Komplete plugins in Standalone Mode before using them in Maschine.
