Maschine dropping Arturia VST

I'm pulling my hair out trying to fix this. Please help if you can.

My bandmate and I are having issues with Maschine and the Arturia V collection on a Mac/Catalina. We've used the Arturia plug ins/virtual synths for two years on this set-up without any issues. Last month, Maschine started dropping the track after ~20 minutes. The project would only work completely after closing the Maschine and re-opening. The Arturia plug ins are completely installed and updated/nothing is a demo.

We have Maschine updated to 2.12.1.

We updated Maschine after this started happening, hoping for a fix, along with deleting the cache. It seems like it might be fixed, everything is working normally, 20 minutes later, the synths drop out again. UGH. We wrote to NI and Arturia directly and haven't heard back.

 

I seems that your V collection has reverted to demo version, which only works for 20 minutes. You should run Arturia Software Center and check that your products are properly registered and activated. Have you recently made any changes to your computer (like replacing hard drives)?

 

That was it! I had to deactivate, then reactive the software! Thank you!
