Maschine Expansions in special offer

Hi!

Today I've bought my Maschine in a local shop in Hungary. They told me that the expansions, that are under a special offer will be available via downloads.
Is it true that I can download 3 of them?
If so, how can I do that?

There's no special offer on the expansions at the moment AFAIK

 

There was a promotion at the end of last year where you could download ONE expansion. Maybe they exaggerated?

Hi there dont worry bout nothing, native instruments does what it says on the tin, dont listen to the others there avin a laugh. Just be patient, type in your serial no: And go to service centre. You bought your product new so you will get your offer what was advertised. Peace out

maybe they were thinking of the Komplete 8 deal (3 free vts).

 

You should also get an evoucher which will buy most of an expansion, although I wouls seriosly consider using it toward razor instead

 

what I would do first... contact NI , ask them about this...

make sure 100% the guy u bought it off at the music shop said what you said he did...

if that's the case, go back and say to him wtf!

if that is then the case... contact NI head office and tell them about this store that are selling their products and making up stories with bundle packs...

then if nothing is resolved, contact the police!

Not sure what the law is where the OP is, but in my neck of the woods, the police response would be "this is a civil matter"

They wouldnt do anything you have to contact traing standards or go back to the store but im betting theres just a confussion issue either the seller was confused or the guy buying was confused so nothing woud be done xcept you could return the maschine if the software hadnt been registered if its been registered then you cant return it well thats the case in most countrys.
