maschine folder routing

If I changed the name of the folder containing my recorded samples.
What is the easiest way to have maschine make sure it looks for that new folder?
I looked in preferences/user paths and libraries, and I don’t see the folder where it is looking, nor when I add it does it see my new folder

 

Move the contents to another folder and add that folder to your user paths.
In the future, do not rename folders dealing with your Maschine installl; you're only asking for trouble.

Gotcha.. this isn’t where the maschine install lives though.
For some reason, since setup, my samples I record go to my user/documents folder.
So I wanted to neatly put them in a maschine folder there to tidy up.

 

That's the default location for user content.

If you want to change that, click on the user/documents path in user paths in preferences and remove it. Then, add the new path and rescan. Reboot your system at the end.
