Maschine is changing note values after restarting sequence

    I am experiencing a problem in Maschine while using it in Cakewalk. If I sequence a track and use a synth with a certain note value, once I hit stop and hit play again, the note value changes. Even if I press the same pad on Maschine, the note is wrong. I have no idea why the note value is changing. Have any of you experienced this? In Cakewalk i have "zero controllers when play stops" selected.

    Any help would be appreciated.
