Massive is installed separately and is not included in the Maschine update - did you not get a download link+serial by email?

my problem is that i have massive downloaded but when i go to my plugins there is nothing there! ive done the rescan plugins in prefs.

i did get a weird error code when i downloaded 1.8. because i moved my maschine to my desktop and i renamed my macintosh HD. So after deleting maschine and reinstalling with the disk. then i updated each version after 1.7 the same error code popped up after each install and before i could research it , it would restart my computer. please help NI. i was looking forward to this update! now just wish idk

I know what this is. Does it not say Technical Issues for the title?
    Thanks for the help.

Hi you could use the Mac uninstaller utility to check you have got rid of all the old files. Then you could do a clean install. The uninstaller is on the support pages under unprotected drivers and updates.

thank you guys very much, i will try and uninstall. i did just send it to the trash can last time. i don't want to lose my previous work. Do you know if this uninstall process will erase my projects/samples as well?

The email with the serial number should have a link where you donwload Massive. Have you done this?
