Maschine Library and Komplete 12 Select Upgrade

Afternoon guys, I have a silly question.
I'm looking to upgrade my library a little and since I own the Mikro Mk3 i'm eligible for the Komplete 12 Select upgrade for $99.
I also see there is an option under the Maschine Accessories tab for the Maschine Library Upgrade and Komplete 12 Select for $149
It states it's the Full library upgrade, but i can't find anywhere if that's actually an upgrade for me, or if it's the same library I currently own.
Is there also a list somewhere of what it may include? I can see what Select contains on the upgrade page, but nothing about the Library upgrade.

Like I said, it's a silly question, I also know there is potentially a summer sale starting up soon, historically does the sale include upgrade prices, or just the retail purchase price?

Yes there is a lot more in the full library of Maschine - you probably have Maschine factory select - check in your NI installations - rather than the full library - see this link: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/maschine/maschine-accessories/upgrade-your-library/
