    Very simple.
    MM6 out to Maschine In
    MM6 in to Maschine Out

Audio outs go to your audio interface from MM6

you are going to have to monitor your mm6 through your audio interface. Maschine doesn't have audio tracks.

this scenario is best for sampling sounds from the MM6 into Maschine.

but for monitoring the sounds of the MM6 - when you are just trying out stuff - i would use a small mixer.

I'm assuming the Tascam is usb or firewire so you don't have to sync it. Just open it as ASIO in Maschine or Core Audio if you are using a Mac. If you want to use arp from your MM6 you will need to sync it to Maschine. Not sure about the MM6 sync but on Maschine just have it send Midi Clock Out. You will have to go to Yamaha and figure out how to turn on midi clock and set it as slave. Midi is one of the hardest things to talk someone through I hope I'm making sense.
