    Maschine MK2

    I purchased a Maschine MK2, I have since moved to a new Macbook pro, my OS is 10.13.6
    I cannot download the software from native instruments website installation failed is the message I consistently receive.

    My question is.
    How do I get the native instruments Maschine sounds & software into my MK2?

    How do we contact some one from Native instruments?
