Maschine Mk3 Mapping Issues

Hello All,
I couldn't find a complete mapping for Maschine Mk3 so I'm currently building my own. I've never done this before, but I thought I'd shoot for the stars and have it light up and do all sorts of fun things. I've run into a bit of an issue with one button however. I got the beat phase to display the beat on one of the pads. Cool. I got that same pad to turn the sync on and off. Cool. If I'm not playing anything on that deck, the light on/off works fine for the sync, but if I start playing something then the beat phase takes over and my controller won't display whether I'm in sync or not. I think I could fix the issue if I knew how to use the property of the deck being in sync as a modifier, but it's not in the list of modifiers and I'm not sure how to go about making that work.

Also, just for discussion, anyone know how to get the display information that would come out for the S8, S5, or the D2 to use on the Maschine displays?

 

That'd be awesome! I always thought that should be a priority for Native Instruments.
