Does the old Maschine stand fit the new Maschine MK3? Just curious...thx
No the Mk3 has pullout feet like Maschine Studio.
Too bad. Maybe someone will make something similar to the maschine stand for this eventually. I won't upgrade for now because I have zero desk space and I like having it on a stand where I can move it around the room.
Thanks for the info.
Same here, I was just wandering this, glad you asked. MK3, that is a mobile solution like MK2, should have some way of standing on drum stands, that is possible with Maschine MK2 stand.
Too bad because they could've made it possible, with just putting the 2 holes up in the same place.
No, this is not correct. The Mk3 has not pullout feet.
The stand in the video are 3D printed feet.
Also it has the same footprint as an mk2 and mk1 so it will fit in a snare stand. Thats how I hold mine and move it around. I use an extended height snare stand.
Me too! Thats why I never bought the Maschine Studio it doesn´t fit in snare stands ;-)
Yes but the original Machine stand grips the Machine MK2 with two, don't know how to call them, plugs, that fit right into two MK2 top center screw holes, so it stands really tight and firm on it. If you can't fit those 2 plugs into MK3, then the stand is useless. Which is a shame as the dimensions are almost the same, and the stand itself is quite expensive for a piece of metal.
If we could only see the bottom of the MK3
Talking about this one.
Nevermind, it's 50€ now. In my memory it was more expensive
I have 2 of these, one for Maschine Jam and another for Ableton Push 2. They're great and very cheap
I used to use a quiklok ql-400 for my maschine studio, awesome bit of kit. http://www.dv247.com/pa-systems-and-live-sound/quik-lok-ql-400-mixer-stand--229924
I'm actually selling one if anyones interested, in Manchester UK.
I think this is what every interested electronic musician and media outlet is thinking too.
You know some good chap out there is gonna make one with wooden sides. I want one that sandwiches the jam with the mk3
yeah, but we're talking about Maschine stand, because that one can be gripped onto a snare stand, so we don't have to hold Maschine on the table like this
Thanks for clarifying.
But the question remains unanswered- will MK3 fit on a Maschine stand?

No it wont fit, because the MK3 doesnt have the holes in the bottom
You can see the bottom of the MK3 at 3:05.
