Maschine MKII / Ableton / New Template

Hello.

Maschine is a working great inside of Ableton with the included factory template but I'd like to make my own. (I've read the manual for maschine, ableton, controller and ableton live controller template.)

I can't figure out if I need to do any template directory copying and pasting in order to make my own ableton template. (i.e. We copy the the MKII directory into the package contents of Ableton ( /Contents/App-Resources/MIDI Remote Scripts) so we can use that template and scripting.) Or, if I'm not writing scripts (because I don't know how) then just creating a new template, making my changes and saving as a different name like AbletonDLA1 would just work.

Any quick "yes" or "no" or "look at this reference over here numbnuts" would be greatly appreciated.

And a quick shout out to the manual writer/translator to English. I enjoy the German way of saying things in English. I smile while reading the subtle grammatical and colloquial differences in the manuals.

I went for it and just started making templates and it worked without moving any files so my question is answered.
