HAha! I think you're right. I just checked it again, and now it's all in German!

Looks like Sowari banned him, all his post are gone; good riddance too! It was annoying just to read his post. Thank you Sowari! I was about to ask how we flag someone(s) post.

so far as ur concerned the road map and scheduling was completely unaffected by the ren? u dont think that they bought certain features forward? i aint saying they had no intention of making a new/updated controller im saying when they got wind of akias intention some features that was slated for 2.0 implementation may have been fast tracked for a 1.8 release instead.

    ya get me

They do, but it would only add cost and weight. I have a audio interface that I like, and for those who travel, there are cheap options out there. But then again, I suppose if there is a big enough demand they will deliver. Have you entered your suggestion to the suggestion forum?

@flux - no point interacting with trolls mate. Particularly when the only emotion they bring out in you is pity

Honestly no, just because of how long dev takes its obvious they been working on it for a while. But either way, it's all good, if it did, good for us, if not, good for us. I'm more speaking on dev time of the hardware, no way they saw the Ren and said let's make a new controller, I believe it was already being developed along with the traktor f1

As for features, we don't know what was slated for 2.0 so all we can do is speculate, but seems what we are getting wouldn't have been held off for 2.0...I expect a total rewrite for 2.0 imo

Can't wait for the update - especially time stretching.

I just want a way to easily export audio - with only the sounds I have used. It's so long having to check/uncheck sounds or solo'ing each sound to drag and drop.

truth be told... being an mpc user and being familiar with having to change out mpc screens due to leaving em on to long. I have a habit of unpluggin my controller when I am done using it. (which is not good for the port) but fact is really you don't have to unplug it. I have spoken with mads about it a good bit and they have had no real issues with leaving em plugged in. so its more my own force of habit that makes me want an on off switch but it's not actually needed.

That is the part of the mkII that I really find better.
I use my Maschine in good lighting and have it tilted but in some other people setups I find myself changing my position to view the screen.

If I didn't already have komplete I might be more excited about this upgrade. One thing is sure though now MAschien will soon become the must have tool for every noob BROSTEP making wannabe. :)

I wonder how much it will be for a version 1 to 2 controller upgrade?

If you're not involved with the dev of the product in question....how can you know anything? Can't youonly make an educated guess/opinion? However...it's cool sir, you the man...after all, you only speak the truth right :D
