Maschine power outlet

    Can I plug maschine's usb cord into a power outlet with an electrical usb adapter (like the ones from cell phones) and just use the midi ins and out on the back of it to control midi?

    No. No internal engine, computer reliant. A Akai MPC will do the trick though.
