maschine read midi file?

    Hi,
    I've been trying to find a way to import midi files I did with GuitarPro into Maschine. I've done a lot of songs on GuitarPro through out the years but now that I'm using Maschine I want to import them, but cant seem to find a way to import midi files...
    I'm I just not seeing something obvious or what?
    Please help.

    you can't import MIDI Files into Maschine..... you can only record them from a DAW into Maschine.

    in Logic, i place a MIDI File onto the Maschine Instrument track and press record in Maschine, and press Play on the Logic's Transport.... and the data from MIDI File is recorded onto a Sound in Maschine.... oh yes, i make sure the Maschine Pattern has been allocated the correct number of bars before i record.

    i like doing this especially with files that have been created using Logic's Groove Extraction.
