Ok, in theory, could Maschine run from a Windows installed on some of these new micro sized computers, namely Intel Compute Stick?

Would be interesting to have Maschine mostly on standalone format, without a big ass computer.

Anyone running Maschine with Windows tablet?

Actually, when researching these, it would make more sense to get a cheap Win8 tablet for the same purpose - you'll get better connections and a touch display thrown in with same money!

this intel-stick-thingy offers less USB-power than a normal computer, could work for 1 device but not if you also want to use an interface.
cooling is not really managed, i guess it just downclocks and that's what you won't want it to, especially when maxclock is somewhere at 1,3-1,5ghz!
you can try it and tell us but i highly doubt it can run a windows AND maschine fluently.
