Maschine software won't open up

Just bought a brand new iMac loaded my back up from my old one on to the new one everything worked fine. Loaded protools 11 on it. All of a sudden maschine stopped working. The maschine icon in the tool bar just bounces up and down but never loads.????? Help

Solved my problem which was exactly like yours: if you're running Pro Tools, seems to be a proprietary sound card issue.
