Maschine Studio Installation Fail

I bought & installed Maschine Studio & installed it on my PC, I then tried to install it on my laptop via website download, I got the installer to download but when I click install I hear a sound like a USB device being unplugged and then get a message saying "ISO not found' 'please move file to download folder" (the ISO file is already there). Tried just about everything, no help yet from NI and just saw a post from 2 month ago with exact same problem in the forum with no replies/suggestions. Sent another support request so hopefully it gets sorted sooner rather than later.

 

If you haven't already, try to mount the ISO-File directly.

had already seen that link, tried mounting ISO's with various apps, another user on the forum with the same problem got in touch to suggest using virtual clone drive as that worked for him (he also said that nothing NI suggested worked, which is a bit worrying), anyway I have started trying to manually install everything one at a time and it seems to be working (not finished yet as this takes forever). I think NI should really be sorting this stuff out and making the install & setup process as easy as possible. after spending a lot of hard earned money to make music, no one wants to wait weeks/months going back and forth with support. people are relying on the equipment they buy to make music, do gigs Etc. I think NI need to take a pro active approach to problems with their products.
