MASCHINE STUDIO Is Not Recognized in mac running high sierra

    It was working before in high Sierra I upgraded to Mojave and still no issue but my pro tools was no longer working so I rebooted my mac from scratch and installed the last known working os which was high sierra but now my machine studio no longer works the screen on the hardware stays black with logos on it if I restart my computer the screens will turn orange like normal on startup and when i open the software the windows will load up the program like normal but I can't press any buttons once I close down the software the screens go black again

    Try resetting the pram or whatever its called on reboot with usb device unplugged, then after boot plug usb device back in to diff usb port
