Maschine Studio Issue.

    I purchased a Maschine Studio about a week ago, and I've done all proper steps on install. However, my maschine will light up from the bottom corner to top left (start up lights). Then the two screens become available but only with Maschine logo's. Has anyone else have this problem? is there something I may be doing wrong? I have Service Centre and Access. Also, am running Sierra 10.12.1.

    Are you running the maschine software? Also shift channel on the controller will put it into midi mode.

    Yes running Maschine 2.5.0 software. on Sierra. MacBook Pro. Also, I tried controller both turned on and off when launching Maschine 2.5.0 software. logo's are ' MASCHINE ' and ' Groove Production Studio ' .

    Is the usb cable connected or faulty ? (dumb question, but it would cause that problem).

    Updating/reinstalling the drivers worked for me (had this problem a couple of times)

    it's because the usb cable was plugged during the driver instalation , re install the driver yes , but with the usb cable unplugged !

    This, but you need to reboot after the driver install before plugging back in.
    Download the latest controller editor and driver from the support downloads under drivers and other files.
    Install the driver with the hardware disconnected.
    Then install latest controller editor.
    Reboot.
    Connect hardware.

    Update.
    I re did everything to what the Native Instruments Support said to do. The problem is, The Maschine Studio is non responsive while in Maschine 2.5 software. I have done updates, re-installs and still nothing. Also, I did everything without USB Cable connected this time. However, the controller will only boot correctly if turned on before Mac is turned on. next, even when I get into Maschine 2.5 software, Maschine Studio is non responsive and nothing even works. The software works, the controller does not.
    thanks everyone for your help. truly means a lot. I am just frustrated that for two weeks, I haven't been able to use this new product. Purchased it, and haven't been able to use once....

    Have you updated the Maschine firmware to the latest? Have you done a full uninstall of Machine, reboot, full install, reboot.
