No it's for osx as well. What I didn't notice is that it's only compatible with Push 1, not 2, which I thought he would have got around to sorting out by now.

I just saw this which is not exactly on the same subject but is super interesting:

It's Impressive what people can come up with when the code is not hidden, the amount of features is crazy and Ableton didn't even have to develop it themselves, maybe there's a lesson here about companies that choose completely closed ecosystems ;)

I find NativeKontrol a very funny name for an Ableton application lol

Re the name: I know right! I've known his stuff for years, but it was only when typing it in to my phone a few hours ago, I realised just how confusing it's going to get for him as kk gains more brand recognition...:D
Re closed eco systems, Ableton have the right balance I think. I always prefer open to closed, but especially when dealing with companies that do things by half measures... Cough ni cough.

I will add only my 5 cents - I bought Maschine Studio and it did not work (USB+driver issues caused constant rebooting and light flashing)
NI Support is not supportive. If you want I can share you email chain showing how arrogant and ignorant they are. I did not gave up (that was mistake) and I went for Maschine MK3. Similar hardware issues - contact rebooting, crashing, freezing. Ticketing system does not work on their website and they regret to create a ticket via email. Nothing but euros lost. Too bad...I felt in love in this device before I got it. Now I hate them all.

P.S. Go for Push 2 - Ableton is a solid and customer concentric company. I paid for it and it worked, it still works and I feel like a respected customer.

NI should be shutdown and forgotten. Sorry to say that - few words when you disappoint your customer.

...btw...clyphx pro is also compatible with push 2...for me it's overkill but i reckon you can do badass things with it...
