Maschine won't load Komplete8 ultimate libraries

I have Komplete 8U installed, works fine.
Installed Maschine, played around with it, created some patterns - works fine.

Go to add sounds LISTED in the MAschine library that are from Komplete and I get an error: plugin not found.

Tried Kontakt, Soul Treasures, Evolve Mutations, Absynth.. all listed on the Hardware directory - error.

Rescanned plug-ins after making sure its searching all directories - error.

Running 64bit win7, and Maschine Standalone in 64bit.

did you run all of the Komplete plugins in Standalone Mode first?

have you used Maschine's Preferences to scan your VST Plugins?

Yes.
I ran Komplete as standalone before using on my last project. No issues.
Just got Maschine and have only run it as standalone, while testing features and learning my way around. Can access all maschine expanded libraries, and all of my Komplete sounds show in directory, but plug-ins not found.

Will be reviewing everything again today to see if any libraries work.

 

Soooo, anyone else see this? Solutions/Suggestions?
The Ultimate installation was an upgrade from Komplete7 if that makes a difference...
None of the Komplete FX or Sounds will load.
Everything was rescanned in Maschine, even redirected to scan all of my available VST folders including NI.

 

can you load the plugins at all? i am talking about loading the plugin in the Sound slot rather than the Browser.

i can't access komplete instruments in 64bit mode, works fine in 32bit mode
i assume they should work in 64bit though

No can't load plug ins at all. Tried drag and drop, and loading from both hardware and software. They are listed but "plug in not found".

Also contacted tech support, still waiting.

Also paid 3-day express shipping for this and the online store went down. Contacted customer service was told it would be upgrade to 2-day and ship after the delay.
It wasn't.

Still waiting for a response to that too.

Used to love my Kore2 but no 64bit support - still waiting for that too.

I own all of these products and their not working together, which is the point when I buy everything from one source - I expect them to play well together.

 

we need more details about your computer and Soundcard.

please rescan your vst plugins using Maschine's Preferences.

also to access 64 bit versions of the plugins they all must be running in 64 bit mode when in Standalone Mode.

fwiw, Kore 64bit version is currently being beta tested.

I'm on a Rain Computer's Ion Studio Xeon 8 core 3.01ghz, 24gb RAM, with a MOTU 828mk3 for an interface/soundcard. I have tech support with Rain and have them review all new installations so everything is optimized for audio at this point.

As I have said before, I HAVE, several times, rescanned my plugins via preferences, even double checking which directories are scanned.

I only run my stuff in 64bit except Kore2, which I have not run or even hooked the controller up since this install attempt.

Very excited about the Kore2 64bit support, thank you.

Have not heard from Tech support or CS, but understand that the holidays may have something to do with it.

 

Sounds like Maschine is not finding the VST plug-in dll's in the directory you have set in preferences.

Usually this is an issue with mixing up x64 plug-in versions with a 32 bit Maschine install or vice verse.

Maschine will install both a 32 bit and x64 bit version on a 64 bit system. By default, only the 32 bit version will have a desktop shortcut to launch. To access the x64 version, go to your start menu under native instruments and find "Maschine (64-bit Mode)"

Only the 64 bit Maschine version can access the 64 bit versions of your plug-ins. The 32 bit Maschine will only see the 32 bit plug-ins. It is best to have both locations set in your plug in paths in preferences.

 

having same problem...was this resolved

in my case...i was able to experience the integration once i installed komplete 8U w/ maschine fine until i immediately received that error as well....not sure what happened...everything was working well and i tried to load another instrument then i received "Plug in not found" error. closed and re-opened the app and same issue...just purchased komplete 8U on 12/1. puzzled. i have a mac pro intel duo core 2.66 (OG) snow leopard OS

 

update...i ended up erasing my hardrive completely and reinstalling the OS and all software....now everything is working fine.
