1stly: I have legally purchased all of the NI instruments on my computer.

I have recently had to get onto a new computer since my last one bit the dust.
Now I'm trying to install all of my NI products. The initial installer works completely fine. After installing I activate them in Service Center. But then after installing the update to Massive 1.3.1 all of the dll disappear. I have run searches to find them with no success. When I open Service Center Massive is no longer displayed on the Overview tab...or anywhere. For now I guess my only solution is not to update any NI products.

The same thing happened to Absynth a when I tried installing and I think its safe to assume it will happen to any others I install.

Have you ever run into this problem before?

Yes I reinstalled it and the same things happens.
The actual .exe file / docs remain but the dll vst's are gone completely.

During the install did you set the VST directory to your previous one(s) for 32/64 bit? It could have gone to the default area and hence you can't find it in your DAW? About all I can think of. I don't know if I've installed the latest update as I haven't run my DAW in awhile. I suppose I should tomorrow to play around a bit. If I do and do the update and point to my VST directories and it works I'll try and post back about the results.

I set the VST directory to the same place.
I know how it is supposed to work. I have done this many times.
This is the first time I've updated and it completely removes the previous version. The old vst dll disappears and the new one is no where to be found. Not in the DAW. I am looking in the actual Explorer. And I am using a deep search app. The files are completely gone. It makes no sense. I disabled my anti-virus to see if that was causing it, but that did not affect it.

The older version of the apps work perfectly fine for me though. I guess I will continue to use them like normal on this computer.

Another idea (have not tried yet) is to copy the dll files I have installed on my other computer and see if that works. The weirdest part is those plugins no longer show up in the Service Center.
