Massive Manual?

Hi there i bought Komplete 4 with the free upgrade to komplete 5... but komplete 5 never came with any manuals just the disc set.. i would really like to have the massive manual and the kontakt 3 manual is there anyway i can get it ?

The PDF-Manuals are part of the installation...

 

I think you have to ask the sales department of NI.

I have placed a request to sales myself and see what they say about it.

 

I have sent them an email on the 18th of january inquiring about this also. Knowing NI I think I can expect a reply around mid february. As far as I was told here you have to buy the manuals for 15 euros plus shipping each, but I'm waiting for a confirmation on this. I'll post any developments here.

 

I have sent my request last friday and got my response yesterday. Don't know what other ppl. are doing wrong to always have to wait far longer than i usually do?

Btw. the answer was. The manual pack for Klomplete5 update costs 30 Euro plus 3,95 Euro (6.95 Euro if you pay on delivery) shipping if you live in Germany.

 

Cool. I have no idea why it takes so long for me, but I can tell it always, or almost always, takes at least 2 weeks to get a reply from NI.

Did they say how the order procedure goes?

 

Well, I just called sales and ordered all the manuals I'm missing. It was 45 Euros plus 3.95 shipping for the 3 missing manuals for komplete 5 and the one for Kore 2.

As an update, I actually received all the manuals for Komplete 5, so now I have duplicates for most of the komplete 4 ones. There really ought to be a manuals package for upgrades...

 

I was talking to some of the people at NI about that last year; they said they liked the idea, and I haven't heard anything since.

Thanks for reminding me; I think I'll go rattle some cages...
