Solved Massive X 1.3.2 makes my every DAW crashed

    Have been using Massive X almost every day with my Mac Pro (late 2013, macOS Mojave 10.14.6) and my Macbook Pro (2015, macOS Big Sur 11.4) which was good and won't crash my DAW.
    But it goes wrong after updated to 1.3.2. I just loaded it for serveral minutes and my Ableton Live 11 crashed. Reopened my project and tried to open Massive X interface and leaded to crash again and again. After that, I tried Bitwig, Logic Pro X (all latest version), they just crash when loading Massive X. Even I tried load it in Maschine and it leaded to same crash problem.
    Really need to figure out what's wrong with it and need some fixes for this version asap.

    Replied elsewhere also, but Massive X crashed my LPX project several times today.

    Hello, sorry to hear about these crashes. Would you be able to try opening a project with a single instance of Massive X and then click on Rescan Content from the menu accessed by clicking on the arrow to the right of the Massive X logo (see the image attached)? Let this fully complete and then please see if you are still experiencing crashes.

    No I can't because I can't even load Massive X in a bland new blank project. Any DAW. upload_2021-7-6_17-15-39.png

    Aloha from a rainy Honolulu,

    Mahalo for the suggestions. Alas, "no joy" as the aviators might say.

    I did notice I got a Kontakt update today and, crossing my fingers, hoped this might help with the Massive X problem.

    • I opened a Logic project with only the Massive X track.
    • I rescanned and watched all the Massive X Library presents get read.
    • Then, somehow — clicking around — I managed the get a window with the presets visible.
    • My heart pounded with joy.
    • I clicked on a preset and Logic Pro X crashed.

    Arg!

    I have logged a request through the typeform per Keys Wu's suggestion.

    Fingers crossed I'll have Massive X up and running one of these days.

    In the meantime, everything else from NI is working just fine!
