Massive X — cannot get presets to show

    Aloha from Honolulu,

    Running Massive X through the latest Logic Pro on my Mac Pro running the most up-to-date macOS.

    I've tried ••everything•• I can find in the forum and Googling... rescanning, uninstalling and reinstalling, sacrificing to the NI-VST god/desses... you name it...

    ... nothing works

    Massive X opens up just fine.

    Just — not a single visible preset.

    Can anyone help?

    Not only has the library been installed, but I uninstalled and reinstalled it!
