Rebooted computer, then Logic did some plugin scanning when started, but same problem still persists. Instant crash, when Massive X's time to perform a sound.

Another peculiar thing. I have Massive X on another track in this project that keeps crashing. It works ok, and creates sound. But on that another track, crashes. Also when trying to use it new track, crashes.

When I saw this thread I decided to try and reproduce. I take it you mean the latest update is NI? Ive just done the latest update as well. I loaded and recorded two MassiveX instances. Saved Song and reloaded. All fine here, Same OS version but Im on Logic 10.6.1.

Yes, the latest update from NI.

I switched the used Audio Device, and deleted problem track. Duplicated the 'non-crashing' Massive X track and copied midi there. It worked. Although it has crashed once already, when tried to play cycle range to try different sounds. So works now, but definitely I'm not happy with this with this kind of crashing cycle. Almost like using Windows. Can't believe I'm only one that had this problem.

PS. It really is amazing sounding synth, so these kind of problems really hurt.

Ok, every time I try to use preset named "Destroyer", it crashes. I had that originally. And cannot get sound from that again.

    Aloha from Honolulu,
For what it's worth, Massive X crashed an LPX project today, several times.
First, the spinning beachball of death. Then, either I had to Force Quit or LP crashed.
I was trying to get Massive X working, but no presets showing. Originated a post about this earlier.
    Frustrating!

Yeah! Removing the "hidden Product folder"* helped. Now it works again, thank you.

    * that is Users > yourname > Library (hidden folder) > Application Support > Native Instruments > MassiveX. Restart computer and re-insert MassiveX in your DAW project.
